Customer Reviews
Got a Windows server, it's fine
I picked up a Windows Dedicated Server last week for some dev work. It was pretty straightforward to get set up, no weird hiccups or anything. The remote desktop connection felt snappy enough. It's doing what I need it to do, so no complaints. Felt like a pretty standard experience, which is good. Didn't have to call anyone or anything.
Fast deployment, good server
Got a Bare Metal Dedicated Server. Deployment was quick. Server works great. No issues so far. Happy with the purchase.
Amazing performance, so happy!
I just deployed an NVIDIA A100 GPU Server and it's incredible! The performance for my deep learning tasks is out of this world. I was running complex models and it just chewed through them. Setup was fast and easy, I was up and running in no time. This is exactly what I needed for my AI development. I will absolutely be back for more instances when my projects scale. Definitely recommending Cherry Servers to my colleagues!
Good server, deployment needs work
I recently ordered a Linux Dedicated Server for a new project. The server itself performs very well, offering the low latency and high bandwidth I needed for my application. Deployment took a bit longer than I expected, around 45 minutes, even though it was a standard configuration. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about the delay, which was good. The pricing for the specs is competitive, but I wish the deployment was quicker for bare metal. Overall, a solid service but there's room to improve the setup time.

Anyone know if the 'free credits' thing actually works? Like, do they really give you $50-100 just for signing up?
Hey, wondering how long it usually takes to get a bare metal server up and running after ordering? Need something fast for a project.
Anyone done a return or canceled a server? Was it a pain?
I'm thinking about getting a server for AI training, specifically with A100s. How do these guys compare to, say, OVHcloud or Hetzner for GPU instances?
I'm looking at their dedicated servers, is the DDoS protection actually any good? Or is it just basic stuff?
